SUBSTANCE ABUSE TECHNOLOGIES INC. Emerges from Chapter 11
Reorganization,
May 26, 1998, Substance Abuse Technologies Inc. announced that it
officially emerged from a management-led Chapter 11 reorganization and
became a private corporation named Employee Information Services Inc.
The company said Employee Information Services now has the financial
backing of Steven A. Cohen and S.A.C. Capital Associates, with
approximately $1 billion under management.
