Xu, B,

Thanks Howard,

You are right about both.
Indexes are very useful tools when sector investing. The Philadelphia Exchange, PHX, has an index for all possible sectors, from banking to Precious metals. It is important to travel with the current in the river. The river is the sector. The only true leading indicator I know are the Indexes. Today the SOX almost gave a Mayor Buy Signal. (weekly degree) (IF the SOX closes above 191) All techs stocks will rally. It will not matter what you own. The strong ones will just rally more.

Obviously this has not happened (BUY Signal). We could be at the top of a rally today. One Mayor Signal occured today with the premium Dow 20. The INDU and XMI gave a Sell Signal of a Monthly degree. (Very high) It will ber scarry to own stocks from here on forward. Good new will drive the prices down. Good earnings etc.

Good trading

items are ignored and Bull news exagerated, and vice versa"

PS: To Xu,b. Whom are you going to sell to? There always is a buyer and a seller. ( At their price) The more volume the smaller the spread. Very important to know.
