You are a long time shareholder? I thought CPI was not publically traded and in fact was buying TSNG to obtain a quick and inexpensive way to the market. Can you shed some light on your situation.

BTW: TSNG and other potential shareholders may be a little nervous about CPI if CPI's main interest is to get access to the markets. Why? The fear of dilution.

So, How about giving us the sales pitch on CPI.
