I believe I read in the latest issue of Fortune about Intel's problems and how they will and are discounting their chips while closing fabs. I mentioned a while ago that there will be a point that having the top of the line mhz chip just won't me worth the money to the average joe when all the ave joe wants to do is surf the net. MHZ increase just doesn't do anything with internet access. SO, why go out and pay the big bucks for a 400 mhz system that will not get you around the WWW any faster than a 266 or a 233 for that matter? This opens a gap for IDT if they ever are able to get their manufacturing house in order. and that is a big if.
