Hi All:
I just came back from a week end sabatical used to read ADOT'S 10sb. The following is what I came up with, and some is just my opinions about what I read.
1- ADOT'S NEW ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER:
8301 WASHINGTON NE #4 STE F ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87113
PHONE: 505- 797-7878
By the way Adot said they needed to upgraded their facilities because they needed a "clean room" to test some sensitive materials. They have a 3 year lease with a $1300/month rent. 2- Some of the material that I read was, I believed, cut and pasted from old documents. JOHN WHITE, can you do me a favor and verify that the following paragraph is in the January 1997 ADOT'S document that you possess?
" Prior to producing the large-scale flat panel displays for outdoor advertising, the Company will need to purchase additional equipment. The estimated cost of this additional equipment ranges from $165,000 to $250,000. Once the equipment is in place, the Company will be able to complete the production of the first panel in approximately 180 days."
The 10sb was filed in June 23, 1998. If the above paragraph is still true then the rest of the dates mentioned don't make sense. Again, my gut feeling is that this paragraph is old. Hopefully JOHN will confirm that.
3-Like WINK said there are three dates in the 10 sb regarding the BB:
A- The company believes that the 1.7 mill contract will be done by MARCH 31,1999. (This date was mentioned only once).
B- The company believes that the 1.7 mill contract will be done by NOVEMBER 30, 1998. (This date was mentioned 5 to 10 times in different paragraphs)
C- The company believes that it will be in full production by December 31 1998. (This date was mentioned in paragraphs more times than the date in B)
The statement in paragraph C got me all excited that we might be close to finishing the research. Since this date is 6 months in the future, there is a chance that it will not hold.
4- ADOT has to hire technicians that will be trained to install and maintain this turn key system. The company that is buying the BB can ask ADOT to maintain the system for a monthly fee.
5- ADOT did not reveal the name or location of the customer. I am pretty sure this is a safety measure. We also don't know the name of the customer (s) of the 2.7 million order. The only encouraging fact is that that ADOT was contacted over 100 times about their BB.
6- ADOT also intend to hire a marketing manager when the right time comes.
Well, that is all folks..In the money matters, very low debt, salaries are very reasonable. I know everybody is excited about Biomoda's potential to ADOT, and I don't deny that. But ADOT has to be able to stand on its own feet and make the revenues from the Bill Boards. I hope 1999 will be more predictable in relation to delivery of these BB.
Take Care
