What kind of an effect will the acquisition of EUTC have on USI? Will such an acquisition have a negative impact on the price/share? It seems as though it would since USDI is currently around $6.50 and EUTC is at $2.75 and the article is stating a one for one stock swap. I can't see a one for one swap. Does anyone have any information regarding the acquisition?
