I would love to get rid of my 1.44 floppy drive . But if it is so important than I think there would be a big demand For a usb external connection in the 1.44 when you need it just plug it in. I might even buy one. I would not buy a combo drive. I would love to get rid of the 1.44 drive altogether Best idea buy an internal zip and an external 1.44 with the easy usb connection plug it in when you need it!!!!
