Dan I should have backed up some of my comments on LTCW but was a bit too tired from a long fruitless chase after "Charlie" yesterday (maybe better luck today) My old bankers hat always makes me deduct 100% of goodwill from tangeble net worth unless the acquisition (s) are turning out to be both profitable and accretive to eps I also give close to zero value to fixed assets in retail stores I agree with major future growth in cell/wireless but I'm not convinced that LTCW is going to be the point of purchase of choice for most customers this may prove to be a rewarding one as a small % of the high risk portion of ones long term hold portfolio but I'm mot convinced that the time to enter is here right now; I'd wait a bit PS I can be reached today by cellular phone on the boat at 180 line of Jefferies Ledge; 20 miles ESE of the the Merrimack River entrance GGGGG
