I do not think that we have any info from the company, other than waiting for the financials to be reported. I do know that the company is looking for a acquisition for a long time now but nothing yet to be announced. The company had an acquisition on the table, but the buyers did not like the deal so one month ago it fell apart. Now they are looking for something else. The president does not know anything about the stock activity, and why it trades like it did the last four days. I am a share holder for years in this BS company,and I Lost a hell of a lot of money. I lost 95% of all my money,and to the point to kill myself. All these crooks of TXAG I wish I never knew. After losing almost all my money on TXAG,I commited myself to work hard in the market learn the game and kick some crooks. Now I have being good of a player in the market. As for the stock on friday it went down because of me. I stop the trading for the MM because they were looking to make big $$$,so I was giving orders to sell to stop them for making $$$$. The stock will stay down, because it is a pay back time for me.
