I think my previous emails provide enough balancing info for potential investors who want to investigate further.

I agree that good marketing is often a more important factor in success than the best technology. This furthers my argument. Go look at the customer lists of the two competitors (www.3dconstruction.com and www.photomodeler.com) and you will see many if not most every Fortune 500 company listed. Synthonics is way behind in marketing also. Synthonics does appear to be way ahead in public investment.

All I find in 3 years at Synthonics' (and forerunner with same principles) site is talk about what is coming.

They state on their web site that their 3 point camera orientation is more accurate than 6 point statistical methods. If this is the same technology as in their patent and is the same technology as in their Wireframe Express product (now available thru subsidary), then I can tell you that it is a lie. As I understand it, their 3 point patented camera orientation method is likely not able to work with common digital cameras having lens of 35mm. This is because the math assumes a pinhole camera. Thus, it is likely impossible for Sythonics to make a successful consumer product for PC if not be able to handle 35mm lens and digital cameras. I think their technology is too weak to be overcome by good marketing, even if they had the best marketing-- which they don't as stated above about customer lists (Smithsonian vaporware vs. Fortune 500 fact).

I doubt that Synthonics will ever have any effect on me or my company. Their patents are too weak (thank god!) and I am completely avoiding their methods. I mainly posted this info because I dislike what I personally find to be the unethical way they run their company (including forerunners). Did you all know that apparently the principles were apparently involved in a previous company (3DTech if I recollect correctly) that made the Wireframe Express product available under grand claims and the promise to buy back models created with it, in return for users' buying a copy. My understanding is there were a lot of unhappy people left with a fairly inferior $395 product. I call that a scam. My understand is a lot of these people eventually ended up buying one of those competitors' products. Wonder if Synthonics would be willing to provide you investors some history on the Wireframe Express product?

Have any of you investors even tried their Wireframe Express software to see if it is any good? Be very interested if one you more open-minded and balanced investors would. I would be very interested to hear about your evaluation. Certainly Synthonics would not hide from you all and would be ameniable to providing an evaluation copy to one of you, no?

My input on this thread seems to be the only balancing voice. From here on, I am only willing to debate technical facts. It is up to you if you want to do your homework or just invest based on what the person holding out their hand is saying.
