May 12, 1994 - 1st purchase

of MISM at 1.68... Then, in a brilliant tactical move, I bought another bunch on May 24, 1994 when the stock moved up to $2.16...

Needless to say, I've studied up on the 'cost averaging' method of protecting one's shirt....

I'm relatively new to penny stocks (take note, my original venture into MISM was 168 pennies!)... Who 'sells' stocks when they are low in prices? For example, I know a guy here at work has an order in for a load of shares at 13.5 cents. Let's say the price goes down and he get's his order filled... Who's filling it? Another stock holder OR is it this 'market maker' I hear so much about. What is a 'market maker'?
