I spoke to the company and asked many questions. I got no hype; Just the facts and a feel of excitement. Below I will highlight parts of the conversations I had. I took notes and that is what I am going by. I was told all the information was public information, however some of it hasn't been "advertised" so to speak through news releases but will be shortly.

FINANCIALS:

GLXY is currently non-reporting but all the paperwork has been filed (10-SB) to become fully reporting and this should be completed by the end of the month.

1997 Audited numbers will be released from the auditors any day now. I was told that the absolute latest they would like to get the financials release is the end of the week (17th). I told the company to keep in contact with me so I can confirm the timing of the release. Be patient, this is a long.

Once they become fully reporting 1Q 98 (there is a possibility we will see 1Q this week) will be reported and 2Q to follow some time after that.

GLXY was formed through a reverse merger and began trading publicly in January 1997.

REVENUES:

Unaudited 1st qtr revenues will be $2.9M and with current business plans, not including any major deals/acquisitions, should be between $12-$13M.

PROFITS:

Yes, profits. This small, undiscovered internet company actually is profitable and with the new ventures they are adding, becoming more so.

Unaudited 1st qtr profit is $231,446. Based on the 5,271,452 outstanding shares, that is .043 for the quarter and should be improving with higher margined products in the works.

NEW DEVELOPMENTS:

Instant Computers: instantcomputers.com This is a high-end computer lease program. It is only a 2-3 week old venture and has generated 20 leases with 70 more leads/applications filed. This is pure profit for GLXY as all they do is handle the arrangements. The only cost I was told is the one-man team leading this project. Each lease generates approximately $500 for the company. The person handling this program has been swamped and thus the 70 order backlog.

This program hasn't been released via a news release yet but links can be found on the GLXY home page.
BREAKING NEWS..I was told there will be a release on Monday announcing this.

United Marketing: ishopol.com Galaxy has teamed up with this internet coupon direct mailer which is in the top 5 in the industry. Galaxy designed and hosts the website. In exchange, Galaxy received cash and exposure. Galaxy will be labeled on the back of UM's envelopes and will be provided free advertising in numerous small newspapers UM owns.

This program hasn't been released via a news release yet but will be shortly.

There are several others deals/alliances in the works but he was unable to tell me about them at this time. One such deal seemed to be pretty major but I have no details on it, just a gut feeling. It was still in preliminary stages.

FINANCING:

The company currently has sufficient funds to proceed with business plan. Financing is available if needed. Galaxy is currently operating with no long-term debt!!

The are no plans for any stock dilution!

GROWTH:

There are currently 1,300 merchants with storefronts on the mall. The mall is adding 150 storefronts per month.

Galaxy Enterprises, Inc. Corporate Profile (OTC-BB:GLXY)
You don't need to be a "web wizard" or "computer master" or even a "cyber surfer" to
appreciate the impact of the Internet. People from all walks of life with varied interests are
utilizing the vast resources that comprise the Internet.

Every day millions of students, homemakers, business professionals, travelers, investors,
educators, and more, log on to the Internet to obtain information, products and services in
the comfort of their own home or office. Forrester Research predicts that by the year 2000,
online sales transactions in the United States alone will be more than $100 billion. In a
recent article published in USA Today the governors claim Internet transactions will reach
$1.5 trillion in 2002.

The Internet has transformed business - - it's an international library for research and a
warehouse with unlimited space for sellers to present, and buyers to locate and purchase
goods and services. We continually hear the news about giants such as AT&T, Sprint, and
IBM stepping up their Internet efforts and offerings. Microsoft CEO Bill Gates recently said,

Companies large and small that seize today's Internet opportunities will capitalize on its
growth. Galaxy Enterprises, Inc. foresees the future and has positioned itself to become a
major player in the Internet services industry. From its headquarters in the heart of the
beehive state (Utah), Galaxy is quickly becoming a dominant force by helping businesses
and individuals nationwide maximize the power of the Internet.

The company's premier online commerce location on the web- the Galaxy Mall located at
galaxymall.com - provides incremental revenue for the company and
value-added services for its customers.

A blend of extraordinary customer service, spending prudence and quality reinforcements
are instilled at every level of the company, holding true to Galaxy's mission of maximizing n the Galaxy Mall - - a high-end, price
competitive, virtual Internet Mall.

In January of 1997 Galaxy began trading under the ticker symbol of GLXY.

The Galaxy Mall

Galaxy's virtual mall is one of the fastest growing malls on the Internet, and is home to
approximately 1000 "electronic storefronts", and the numbers continue to grow. Galaxy's
customers, also known as "merchants," are benefitting from more than 7 million hits on the
mall each month, as well as the rise in the number of actual visitors.

Galaxy's team of technical and creative web designers create fully-functional, interactive
storefronts, and places them in Galaxy Mall, providing a high-traffic location for customers
to market their goods and services.

Each storefront is backed with the strongest security available and an online ordering
platform. Galaxy's own training workshops provide the foundation for its merchants to
successfully profit from online commerce.

To support its growth and the needs of merchants and shoppers well into the future, Galaxy
has invested heavily in its commercial online infrastructure. Galaxy Mall is supported by
redundant servers in separate power grids. The primary and secondary servers are fed by
multiple T-3, high-speed, digital circuits which allow tens of thousands of shoppers
simultaneous access. Conversely, most other malls and web sites are typically supported
by one, or only a fraction of one, T-1 line.

Companies, like Galaxy, that provide online commerce solutions, training for retailers
and Entrepreneurs, and that have taken appropriate steps to ensure future growth, are
setting their sails to reap the rewards.

Although industry experts' estimates very, the projections for commerce growth on the
Internet are staggering. A recent study by Wired Magazine reports year 2000 online sales
estimates starting at $15.6 billion according to Jupiter Communications, and up to $117 billion
as reported by Forrester Research.
The bottom line is this: First, these estimates only reflect the market in the United States,
add the rest of the world's online commerce and these numbers would soar much higher.
Second, online commerce is becoming a viable alternative to traditional methods of
shopping for and purchasing goods and services. It's feasible to imagine a day when most
everyone takes advantage of the ease and accessibility of the Internet to buy goods and
services rather than spending valuable time fighting traffic and congested parking lots and
malls to get what they what.

Why do that when everything you need is right at your fingertips?

A key consideration for anyone who decides to establish an Internet presence is how to
draw traffic into their site. Developing a web site without an effective marketing strategy is
like posting a flaming-orange neon sign at the North Pole. Implementing strategies and
techniques to effectively attract targeted prospects to your site should be a top priority.
But where do you begin? Galaxy, unlike many others that are merely developing web sites,
teaches its customers the precise techniques to effectively market their sites. And the
results of those efforts are what sets Galaxy apart from the competition.

Galaxy is filling a niche that has long been ignored by its competition. Where traditional
web developers stop, Galaxy is just beginning. In addition to developing storefronts and
placing them in the highly-visited Galaxy Mall, the company also provides Internet
marketing training that enables customers to effectively utilize established tools.

The company transforms "newbies" into Internet marketing experts. Its customers
participate in an extensive, 12-hour, education workshop in their area where they learn how
to market their storefronts as part of an overall Internet strategy. They're taught specifically
how to maximize the power of news groups, auto-responders, e-mail, classified ads, search
engines, and more.

Practicin' What They Preach...

You won't find the principals of the company sitting back in some ivory tower pondering
corporate activities. The management team is intimately involved in every aspect of the
company, including the workshops.

In fact, the Chairman is often seen around the country delivering the vital marketing
information to new customers. And as new teams of workshop presenters are assembled
and dispatched to educate the next wave of Galaxy customers, the management team will be
overseeing the program, ensuring quality and consistency of conveyed principles.

Revenue Foundation: The Training Workshops

The foundation for Galaxy's progressive success, as well as the success of its customers, is
the Galaxy education workshops. The majority of the company's income is generated in its
workshops.

Most of Galaxy's competitors sell "business opportunities" for their customers to become
agents to sell home pages in their malls. Very few have the tools, or take the time, to
educate their customers on how to properly market on the Internet. Galaxy is the exception,
and sees this as the most important factor in a successful Internet 140
workshops in 1999, with the average yield per workshop also steadily increasing.

Galaxy is well-positioned to capitalize on the Internet's explosive growth. The company
plans to grow by enhancing its current services and products, and also through the
acquisition of other Internet-related companies.

Galaxy is also developing alliances with other Internet-related companies to offer
value-added services and expertise to its customers. One of its current strategic partners is
Earthlink, a leading national Internet Service Provider (ISP). Galaxy distributes an Earthlink
Internet access package to each workshop attendee, providing an easy on-ramp to the
World Wide Web with a reputable and reliable service provider. This package includes
Microsoft's suite of Internet software, including Internet Explorer.

Galaxy has another strategic alliance with American Marketing Systems. These two
companies have teamed up to provide Galaxy's customers a cohesive coaching, or mentor,
program. Many merchants who have attended the workshop take advantage of this mentor
program offered by Galaxy Mall, through American Marketing Systems, to help develop a
successful marketing strategy for their storefront. The mentor program focuses on setting
goals and then checking up regularly with the merchant to increase that individuals chance
of success. This alliance provides hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue to Galaxy
Enterprises each month.

Other profit centers in various stages of development include:

BannerWeb (www.bannerweb.net) - paid commercial advertising. The Galaxy Banner Web
network currently markets in excess of one million banner impressions daily to businesses
doing commerce on the Internet world-wide. Jupiter Communications estimates that
advertising dollars spent on the Internet will exceed $2.6 billion dollars within the next three
years. Galaxy has already taken an active roll in this market. This growing department is
fully-functional and experiencing increasing revenues.

Access Virtual Servers - fully-functional servers which are provided to web developers who
want the control and appearance of a high-end server, without the cost. These servers allow
web developers to focus on the creative aspects of site development for their customers,
while Galaxy maintains the technical aspects of hosting.

Web Hosting - Galaxy establishes a merchant's domain name through Network Solutions
(Internic) and then hosts the site on Galaxy Mall.

Galaxy is also focused on international growth. In addition to expanding its domestic
Internet training workshops to include more cities across the nation, Galaxy also has plans
to penetrate the international market through workshops conducted in Mexico, Australia
and various European countries.

The Internet is in the early stages of development and, therefore, the possibilities for new
products and services are limitless. Galaxy is properly "tuned-in" and plans to pursue any
opportunities that will help the company prosper, grow, and profit.
