Richard FWIW, the problem with the exchanges was that Naxos couldn't do a SFA,and wasnt really attempting to. I think they were trying to use Merwyn White's technology then, although I have to admit that it is all starting to blur together in my memory. Kitty was saying that Naxos has gone down the conventional path before and failed.Which isnt really the case, to the best of my knowledge. Mark
