Spaw, You didn't see Kaufman listed as a participant on our follow on offering because they weren't invited to be on it . Star had a choice of numerous well known legitimate investment bankers to choose from. Kaufman was NEVER under any consideration to be used by star. This Vic guy, their analyst, basically called up our CFO last may and announced that he was going to cover star by initiating coverage. STAR MGT, did not solicit coverage from him. Vic didn't even wait to meet with our mgt prior to initiating coverage. We thought that very strange at the time. Now it seems to fit into place though. As far as banking, the only deal I've heard they have done in our sector was assisting on a funding for IDTC. IDTC has been very critical publicly of the PT-1 deal. It should be noted that IDTC is a competitor in both prepaid calling as well as wholesale terminations to other carriers. Personally, I think Kaufman's Vic Grover and IDTC really deserve each other.
