I am impressed with the conceptual bigger picture of EDII. I think that the mexican tile idea is excellent. Low labor,raw material, energy costs,NAFTA, ongoing prosperity in North American and it looks to me that Central and South America will experience a home construction boom also. Back to the bigger picture, I think that management is determined to maximize shareholder value and build a considerable firm. They move so fast and are open to new avenues of profit. Aside from the off-point arguing that goes on here, I like the future prospects of this company.
