J. You raise an interesting point about the timing of this release. If this news existed before the new board, and they wanted to save their necks, then why didnt they release it?? Also, this may portend bad for DAY in that if they do possess the lands, and their grade is that bad, and their earnings are that terrible, there may be no hope for DAY. Im going to read the DAY release carefully, compare it to my notes, and see what shakes out. My files do indicate, and I knew this long ago, that DAY did win certain legal battles. The problem is getting to know who is on first, whats on second....there are so many legal battles going on down there. Very interesting......GG
