Hey, sorry about the Tuktuyuktuk stuff. It's a town in Canada, anyway, just joking.

Royal Bank is an Integrion partner and the sixth largest bank in North
America. Royal DOES allow you to pay bills online and has for the last 6 - 8 months. When I called last night the people on help desk said that when a bill is paid the payment was held in a holding account but that a third party was not involved, ie. CheckFree.
