gerard, You are correct. The company should be announcing the closing of another real nice acquisition soon. It's just a matter of time. I'm hearing the rumor that it will be this week. Plus, keep in mind that Danny is a techie and he's going after some really neat high tech stuff that will propel this quicker and faster. Kevin
