TO EVERYONE ON THE SI DGIV THREAD: MUST READ!!!
I want to announce to everyone so we can get all the old baggage out of the way now that I am returning to the thread and I intend to remain here for good.
For those of you who want to bash or bad-mouth me, go ahead and do it now so you can get it off your chest. But before you do, I want to set the record straight with the facts:
1. I have been an owner in dgiv since its inception.
2. I continue to be an owner in dgiv ever since.
3. I have never sold a single share.
4. I do not intend to sell a single share.
5. I am not a shorter, a mm, or any other person who wishes to see dgiv share price go down.
6. I am a committed, 100% true pro-dgiv-lifer who only wants to see good things for our company and its investors.
7. I do own hundreds of thousands of shares of dgiv and though family members and my dgiv group, we now control in excess of $1 million shares.
8. You may or may not agree with me on everything or anything I say and I may or may not agree with everything or anything you say. And that's the way it should be.
9. I intend to operate on a professional businesslike level and will not respond to any postings that indicate a lack of professionalism and concern for our company. My stance to any senseless, foolish, or vicious comments directed to me will be plain and simple: NO COMMENT.
10. My intentions from now on will be to welcome all differing views and opinions concerning dgiv from anyone that actually is an owner in our company. If you're not my partner in our business (or are not thinking about becoming a partner), I have no desire or intention to debate any issues with you. However, I look forward to discussing our past, current, or future business opportunities with any owner of our company (or someone who is thinking about becoming an owner).
11. I recognize that the Net is a major source and conveyor of information, news, opinions, and sentiment about bb stocks for the majority of people. In fact, it is often the only source for most people.
Accordingly, I am committed to doing what I can to reflect the professionalism and dignity of our company to others. Bashing, hyping, rhetoric, and the like serve no useful purpose and in fact harm our corporate goals and mission.
12. I am confident Jimmy and Company is doing the right things to build company value and shareholder worth.
13. Based on the above, I am looking to form a DGIV Net Alliance with anyone and everyone who welcomes open discussion, debate, and due dilligence of our company and the presentation of a professional and businesslike position concerning our company to current as well as prospective investors. I am not looking for baseless hype of impending news, financial releases, contracts, etc. I am looking for a solid team of people who recognize that we portray the image of our company to others and we need to act in an appropriate and dignified manner to present the most solid case based on the facts to the outside world. I have several strategic plans that I have preliminarily put together to help us achieve our goals. Importantly, we need long term strategic thinkers who are able to recognize what we are doing and where it will lead us.
I have had several recent exciting communications with our corporate leaders and will share the outcomes of these discussions with the appropriate people when I can sort out who the real players are and who aren't. And based on these conversations, we can develop a plan to get our company back on the right track in terms of our investors. This is GOOD news, my fellow dgiv investors.
This is the beginning of a new, stronger beginning for dgiv. Mistakes were made in the past that led to the collapse of our share price and the onslaught of the naysayers with their impending doomsday preachngs.
We, the owners of dgiv, need to stand up and be counted and to tell the world about the "real" dgiv story.
I believe I am not speaking out of turn to say that many of the pro-dgiv-lifers who have been working their butts off day in and day out to help our common cause on the Net and who recognize the errors of the past will be joining together at the hip to form this new day and alliance for dgiv.
My hope is that we can all see the light and come together to further and enhance our common mission to see dgiv get its rightful place in the investment community.

PS I'm not talking about more hype or any type of shenanigans but concrete, factual presentation of our thoughts, opinions, and corporate strategies which will lead us to long term corporate and investor growth which is what I hope we're all looking for.
