ColleenB, I read this thread with great interest this weekend and refer you to Intile's 10KSB filed with the SEC and dated June 17, 1998: NOTE 2 - GOING CONCERN UNCERTAINTY The accompanying consolidated financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern. The Company has suffered significant losses during the fiscal years ended March 31, 1997 and 1996 and has a capital deficit at March 31, 1997. The Company is not in compliance with numerous covenants of its bank financing agreement and the bank has sent a Notice of Claim and Demand for Arbitration dated December 2, 1997. Accordingly, there is substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
