1) RMDY can get cheaper, and it will have to for NETA to buy it.

2) Magic Solutions and RMDY service opposite ends of the market -- Magic, low end; RMDY mid-high to high end. The reason for the Magic acquisition was not for products, but customers. Magic had 5000 low end customers to upsell to. Remedy has good technology and another 5,600 customers that could buy NETA security pdts. Sounds like synergy to me.
