This is silly. The company has no business plan, a shareholder defecit, and sold boatloads of shares for 60 cents. There's no way this company is worth 7. Even the 60 cents seems high when you consider that Ralph Ungermann started Zilog and Ungermann-Bass and could've financed it himself with his millions.
