I believe DAY is trying to get rid of MDIN by introducing legal challenges based on ZERO, with hopes that MDIN, in trying to defend itself, will expend a lot of money. It ain't going to happen. DAY isn't going to be around long enough for that. Check out DAY 52 wk range. Where is it at today, even after this" supposed" good news. DAY investors and shareholders are not buying it. They see it for what it is : a diversion !
