News Flash! CNBC just did a short on cyberspace. IF I understood it correctly,the SEC has gotten involved with about 30 people (prosecution, I think) about P&D on the internet. The SEC recommends reporting to them suspected activities of this sort taking place on the internet. Also the SEC recommends that Companies SUE people that post lies or misleading info about them on the internet. I think I have gotten the story straight. Now IMO all they have to do is go after daytraders on BB stocks, that post misleading crap to facilitate their daytrades. (Either way..making pro or con posts, not taking sides)
