I'm a little unclear of something. I received a flyer today from MegaWorld in it there is a statement that audited financial statements as of May 31, 1998 show assets in excess of $8.7M. When did they release these financial statements? I looked at previous press releases and the SEC web site and no such information was found. In addition it lists the castle valued at $11.9M this does not add up unless they somehow have a liability of about $2M. Has anyone seen these financial statements? Scott
