To the name of this thread we should also add: "no egos, no secret decoder rings." Your ego is already getting the better part of you. You stated re info coming out of the Co.: "Mistakes were made in the past and we are correcting them to prevent them from happening in the future. Seems to me that that "we" is out of place as such and also in terms of the message you supposedly wanted to convey. Fine by me if you want to ride along, your ego and your secret decoder rings should stay far away from us.
