Hi atheist, Interesting link multichannel.com BTW we have the latest incarnation of menmailman on a trial (what a pun) basis My understanding of ACTV mgmt structure is it is very flat; lots of communication is always taking place. So an info meeting for personnel does not sound unusual to me. I have found the SI thread on WAVO Subject 8082 to be informative and interesting to lurk on. If you examine it closely, some aspects of it have implications relating to eSchool. Interested in what you think, and thanks for the post, Ed
