Gary: Freedom of opinion is what I read. If MIDN can answer by 2:27 p.m. EDT. It would be in the same trading time range that Day gave us. I wonder why clear up the old dust now. I know the old board was closed on printing news, yet this issue of who has rights to what is very old IMO. If we have it let's see the court paperwork that states that it's so. If we have no facts of the same clear that up once and for all and get on with the program, JMO. The papers are in Chile, who knows what other fine people have them yet I would love to see some documintation on the issue in english. Simple request IMO. in place of a kid's game of who said they said I'm right your not! If you get the point as MDIN folks should. Can it be simple to clear up? na, may take months. We just wish to stay out of a court battle that should be final from a long time past IMO. Heck it's easy to see why were down .04 cents today. What's more intresting is my last look at NPEC and it was up? What? Yup! Da!
