Hi,

I too am a DGIV investor. I have a few questions.

<13. Based on the above, I am looking to form a DGIV Net Alliance
with anyone and everyone who welcomes open discussion, debate,
and due dilligence of our company and the presentation of a
professional and businesslike position concerning our company to
current as well as prospective investors.>

Are you referring to an activity beyond this thread, a different "place" on the Net, or do you mean right here in this forum?

<I have several strategic plans that I have
preliminarily put together to help us achieve our goals. Importantly,
we need long term strategic thinkers who are able to recognize what
we are doing and where it will lead us.>

What are these goals? Isn't DGIV itself handling "strategy?" Why would DGIV's progress toward long term goals need outsider influence engaging in strategic planning?

<I have had several recent exciting communications with our
corporate leaders and will share the outcomes of these discussions
with the appropriate people when I can sort out who the real players
are and who aren't. And based on these conversations, we can
develop a plan to get our company back on the right track in terms of
our investors.>

As a DGIV investor, how come I don't get to have any of these exciting communications with "our" corporate leaders?

Isn't it the company's responsibility to get itself "back" or "on the right track?" Isn't evidence of such responsibility one of the more "exciting" experiences for any investor who does her due diligence?

<Accordingly, I am committed to doing what I can to reflect the
professionalism and dignity of our company to others.>

Does this mean that, as the occasion may call for it, you are willing to wear your bunny slippers?

Best,
Charliss

PS....I have read your postings here. You put forth many good things. The above are just some questions that came up for me.
