Nasdaq listing requirements... * 3 market makers * 300 roundlot shareholders * 1 million shares in public float * market value of at least $5 million and either $4 million in net tangible assets or * $50 million market cap or at least $750,000 in annual net income and a bid of $4 a share I think USDI meets these requirements (w/out financials cannot get net tangible assets). I will definitely hold for nasdaq but, having endured other nasdaq moves (Zmax, ANCR, LMDX and others), am preparing myself for a wait of at least several months. The wait should be worth it though as similar co's listed on nasdaq (GILTF, CELL) are trading at much higher market caps than USDI. Good luck
