NewCom names Edward Stoltenberg CFO

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., July 13 (Reuters) - NewCom Inc.
on Monday named Edward Stoltenberg as its new chief financial
officer, replacing Steven Veen in that position.
Veen remains chief financial officer of Aura Systems Inc., NewCom's parent company.
Stoltenberg has over 20 years experience as a corporate
chief financial officer, and has worked at accounting firm
Arthur Andersen and Co. in the United States and overseas.
"This addition to NewCom's staff will have significant
positive impact on the financial staffs of both Aura and
NewCom," Veen said in a statement.
NewCom is a provider of high-speed modems, ultra fast
CD-ROM drives and other computer products.
