Dave: Zoltek is fortunate to have such a loyal stockholder. Although the company is currently making a profit, future earning projections have dropped significantly over the last year as has projected growth rates. Furthermore the profits realized come from many different products and investments but we have not seen the hoped-for profits in the carbon fiber sector -- the sector on whose profitability the whole company's future lies.

The business plan (Zoltek 2000) as you've stated was to culminate in the year 2000, but was initiated several years ago with many intermediate goals. As those intermediate goals have NOT been met, the business projections are lowered, and it becomes doubtful that the year-2000 objectives will ever be met.
