Mr Terrance Owen reports
The company has entered into an agreement with Mr Timothy J. Fussner to
assist the company in its investor relations program. Mr Fussner will focus
his efforts in disseminating corporate information to professional money
managers and the investment dealer community, especially their research and
corporate finance departments and sales managers.
Mr Fussner will be compensated with $4,000 per month, plus reasonable
expenses, and the issue of a 60,000 stock option, at $2.00 per share.
