You might be right somewhat regarding the steep rise and fall, especially the Cabot recommendations. I think it had more to do with Zoltek NOT meeting realistic, albeit ambitious, intermediate goals re cost, production capacity, and sales growth. I don't think the stock was driven by individual investors, but rather by the institutions. They're not unsophisticated, they just demand that you do what you say your going to do. It was Zsolt's failure to deliver that caused the drop, and I think his further inability to deliver will cause the stock to drop another 20%. It may take a while however, your August put looks like a reasonable move. |
