alpha's stock is not going to be salable anytime soon. I heard the the company is going to fight Henry Val as to the validity of its ownership. Evidently Henry got these shares prior to Ritchfield's involvement. I bet the Company wins this - Alpha cannot sell without an opinion letter from the Co. The Co. is not going to give it.
