i just got off the phone with delmar. it seems the cofee house swap was done really fot the interior design aspect. now aret can hopefully get more jobs from having an affiliation with a design firm. Instant referral. with regards to cottonwood, the idea is one stop shopping. with regards to hydroponics, delmat says USDA just granted them some money (8mm) to furthur their hydroponics venture. Correction: not granted, but more like a LOI.
