I found this news from www.futuresuperstock.com.

I talked to Mr Alex Tsakumis today. He is the head of investor relations. He said that the news was placed on all the major wire services. I later called him and told him that I couldn't find it anywhere. He said he will look into it. He also said that he has the confirmation from the wire service that news has been released, in front of him. I don't know what's happening.
