Thank you for the quick follow up. Smart decision as to buy the ORRI from Xeric before increasing any production. Better to play it dead and try to pick up the override than to spend money only to give it away for free. Sounds as if Allan needs to be pushed to the side for the moment. Making the deals is great but you have to make those deals produce to stay in business. I think Califtalk has the right idea about getting the wells you already own into production at an optimum rate before continuing on with any more deals. Tell him to move to Austin, he will love it there. Looks as though he needs to keep an eagle eye on OLEX and turn the company around. I believe he can do it. SteveT
