I don't see any replacement for fossil fuels either. The reason I posted was the 10 year time frame in the article's title.

Here's my 10 year prediction: "Sometime in the next 10 years there will be a war (insurrection, coup, whatever) involving a major oil producing nation. Spot prices of crude will shoot up to US 30.00/ barrel."

If you're a student of history, you know that my "10 year prediction" is almost guaranteed to be correct. But because of the long time frame, its totally useless.
