Reverse Split:

Concerning a reverse split, at this time IMHO I don't see it. Reasons are:

- Company has not expressed urgency to be listed on a major exchange. Therefore no need to meet share price requirement

- The only reason to be in a rush to get to a major exchange would be if financing was required. This business will be better defined after we get this quarter financials, but I do not expect a cash drain to have occured, therefore if cash flow is flat or positive, the financing issue is not important.

- Finally, if we are patient and the company can execute, the price will move up on its own.

I expect some of this sounds good, but boy, I sure hope I am right for once!
