With the acquisition and debt restructuring (a very common practice in the business world), Intile becomes debt free. Then, with future expansion planned, they will be become the largest importer of tile. Marcos, not to sound like I'm talking down to you and I'm not calling you dense like you did to yourself, but it might help if you were to research some more and do some discovery to learn how this happens in the world of business.
