Hi Ron,

Talked to the CFO today. Basically asked the following questions:

1) When would 2nd quarter earnings be released and would there be a conference call? Earnings to be released 7/21/98 before the open, there will not be a conference call.

2) Will the new contract result in any 1998 revenues? The CFO stated that revenues will not start in any great amounts until 1999. Asked how these revenues would flow, starting when, would they be even or come in a bunch. He could not say at this time.

3) Would it be unrealistic to look at the new contract as an overlay on top of their existing aerospace business? In other words, additive to their current aerospace business. He said yes. This means that their aerospace business will grow nearly 100% due to this new contract.

4) What is the status of their speciality packaging business and should we be concerned by the low level of this business segments backlog compared to this time last year? He said business was good and was growing faster than the rest of the industry. Backlog was down due to the company being more responsive to customers.

That is basically it. Overall feeling for the discussion was very positive. I am very happy with this stock in my portfolio and have
high hopes for next year! This year should be pretty good too.
