This is a total of 11,857,600 shares TRADED in one month. Even if you accept that all the shares were moved between market makers once then the adjusted volume is one half or 5,928,800 shares traded between buyers and sellers other than market makers. Now we know that Califtalk purchased 3,627,000 shares and that leaves the unknown balance of the other shares traded of 2,301,800
Now who purchased that 2,301,800 shares, but most important who was selling all these shares at these low prices.
At least 5,928,800 shares sold less 1,250,000 short sales by the last debenture holder (that will be covered with ( the newly issued shares) leaves 4,678,800 shares to be identified which is an enormous amount and far too great to be sold by shareholders at a great loss (in fact approx 50% of outstanding shares prior to the last conversion of 1,250,000)
