I see why this stock has been going up. The company can't help
the fact that investors like yourself keep bidding up the price to
unreasonable levels. The company would prefer that its stock
was more reasonably valued (at 35) rather than its current value--
it wants its stock price to grow slowly based on good results and
based on realistic value. It took Intel, for example, many solid years
to earn the respect it now has. The company does not want to be
another US Surgical, in which its stock is listed as the biggest
winner of the year, only to be followed by mediocre years. A
Japanese technology scare is exactly what this company needs.

Your comments are confusing because you state that you think
VTSS will go back up--but it is very close to its high right now. You
must be a day trader who lost a couple of points.
