It looks like the problem has been solved. This is good news. Hopefully soon I will have a chance to look at its scanning capability. Thank you Richard for your advice. I just have been so busy on my computer it was easier to send an e-mail. But I would of given them a courtesy call before I cancelled. Last Friday the price of the stock that I have been trading covered CALLs on reversed and moved up through a significant resistance like a hot knife through butter which left me wondering "Whoa, what happened here!?! What impact does this have on the technicals of the stock?". My reading of the intraday price and volume aciton on the stock helped here. Now the price of the stock is revisiting that price level that it broke through now as a support, as anticipated. Also I am finding out that snap shot delayed quotes no matter how carefully used is no replacement for streaming real-time quotes. Here I come DBC. Also a thankyou goes to the group at Quotes-Plus for their response today to my problem. Bob Graham
