I called the company, and they told me that CRS is going public in 30 to 45 days and that they are doing the listing. The IR person noted that while KCAP is obviously important, by coordinating and implementing the successes of their client companies, KCAP will ultimately reach its own goals.

As I understand it, there will be a press release out this week.
