Yo Taurus, it looks like semantics won today not Dayton. Why did they respond to only three of the suits mentioned in the June 17th MDIN release, and what did they really mention today....Its not over yet, and the fat lady is warming up. I am not a Dayton shareholder, but if I were I would be filing a class action asking why did Dayton wait almost a month before responding to the June 17th Medinah release, and why did they not disclose all the materials facts relevant to Andocollo to their shareholders. There is much more behind the scenes. Yippee Ki Yeah Cest La Vie!!!!
