>>For the first time we found out about what is happening with
the NV contract. BRCP got the contract, not the zit despite
the zit's exclusive rights to mobile code factories.
Also the Nevada contract is still not finished<<

Michael- The fact that BRCP has been working with Nevada to help test the code is old news. If this is the "first time" you became aware of this, then you are not the "Expert Analyst" that you claim to be.

The contract for renovating the code went to MatriDigm. When did I ever claim that Zitel had the contract?

The rights to the portable factory have nothing to do with Nevada. Nevada sent their code to MatriDigm. Portables are for customers who can't or won't send code out.

The Nevada work is in testing. In order to test the code, the remediation part of the contract had to have been finished. Otherwise, what are they testing?

You like to take apples, oranges, peaches and pears and call them all the same don't you? Zitel, MatriDigm and BRC Corp are three separate entities. MatriDigm is a private company. It is owned approximately 37% by Zitel, 7.5% by BRCP and the balance by it's founders and employees.
