Howdy Handshake Dude. Semantics or romantic antics..hard to tell some DAYs..isnt it?Looks bad for you guys here.Hope the other properties turn out well for you.Looks like they are rounding up the chuckwagons for an attack from another angle.Doubt that will go anywhere either.Good to get this out in the open so we at least have two sides to the dispute.They were under no legal obligation to address this.They likely did so cause all the freakin noise you guys were makin over there.Ha ha ha..just kidding.Maybe they were under pressure from some shareholders.I never did call,as I suspected they would publicly address this before tooo long.Lets see what kind of powder they use in the next salvo....this could be fun yet!Woo woo..
