Please help. I'm kinda new at this new paradime stuff and I really do want to get with the program and be a believer, but I guess I'm just a little slow.
Now I know that PC sales are going great and Dell, CPQ, GTW etc. are just red hot and executin' their strategies. (per my research, by end of 1998, Dell will have 45% of the PC market, while CPQ and GTW will each have 35%, with the remaining 40% split among the small guys). So, what the hell is Keytronic doing laying off people and moving production and saying nasty things like PC demand is slowing???
Then it dawned on me; with that new Your;Ware program, you don't get a keyboard! Pretty smart, huh? Lowers the cost and the extra money drops right to the bottom line!
Let me know if I'm on the right track here. I need some feedback, cause I want to BELIEVE.
